Custom Enclosure for an Electronic Device

DROR developed a custom enclosure for a private customer's electronic device, providing a precise fit and the internal clearances needed to protect its components.

3D model of a custom enclosure for an electronic device

For a private customer, we developed a custom enclosure for an electronic device based on the specified dimensions. The primary objective was to ensure a precise, practical fit while maintaining the necessary internal clearances so that the enclosure would not place pressure on the electronic components.

Using the supplied dimensions, we created a 3D model that accounted for the device's geometry, the position of its components and the required openings. The customer received a solution tailored to the specific device, eliminating the need to modify an off-the-shelf enclosure.

This project demonstrates how engineering 3D modelling can be used to create custom housings and protective enclosures not only for industrial clients, but also for private customers.
